Same-Day Delivery: Cut-Off Times
We provide a reliable and professional service and must adhere to our strict cut-off times to ensure our high level of service is maintained:
Monday to Saturday same-day order cut-off is 2:00pm AEST. We do not offer delivery on Sunday except for special events or where pre-arranged with us.
Our Delivery Service
We operate our own in-house delivery service. We personally deliver over 95% of our flower arrangements. You can expect timely delivery, clear communication and professional care for your flowers.
Third-Party Deliveries
Occasionally due to demand it's sometimes a necessity for us to use third-party courier services. We have have multiple reputable courier services available to call on when required.
Special Instructions
If your delivery requires special instructions, please include these in the checkout notes when ordering online. Alternatively, please call or email us.
Failed Deliveries (including unsafe to leave)
We generally are happy to leave flowers at the doorstep if the recipient isn't home. In some circumstances, we will not leave flowers unattended. The reasons for this are usually either due to the weather (very hot or very wet) or that there's no secure place for them (unsafe/exposed to the street for theft). It's our decision and we will always do what's best for the flowers.
When we are unable to leave the flowers, we'll contact the recipient to let them know someone has sent them flowers. We'll gladly redeliver for no additional charge, or in some cases the recipients prefer to collect from our shop. Whatever happens, we'll do the best for the flowers and the recipient.
