The products sold on this website are subject to availability and if at all we are unable to supply or deliver the product we reserve the right to substitute a product of similar and equivalent quality, value and colour. If we are unable to provide the item chosen by you or a suitable substitution, you can request for a full refund within thirty (30) days of placing the orders.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
Your order will not be packed for shipping until full payment is received.
Please provide complete and accurate payment and delivery details. We cannot be responsible for any loss or delay or failure to deliver or process your order resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided.
We reserve the right to reject your order. If this occurs, we will refund any money paid.
If you place and and pay for an order and then cancel it before it is shipped, a $15 admin charge will be applied. A refund of the balance will be issued within 10 working days.
If you have ordered products that we are unable to supply, we’ll get in touch with you to offer a substitute or offer a store credit if a similar variety is not available.
We deliver our products with our own local courier.
We pack and ship as soon as possible after receipt of your order.
Delivery charges will be shown in your checkout form via your postcode. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for providing us with the correct address for delivery as if they are deemed as incorrect, we will not be responsible nor would any refund be processed through.
If the product arrives in poor condition, we will issue a store credit for the value of the product, or mail you replacement product if we have those available.
If you do not phone or email us within 7 days of receipt, we cannot accept
responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.
If you have ordered the wrong product, or changed your mind since purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products bought in error.
